I thought, hes so passive and wouldn't try a c/r on the turn with a QJ hand or so.

I would just call, there aren't too many worse hands that play that line that would call a raise unless he missed a C/R on the turn with KT/K9. I think it's a bluff, or a weak pair. Call and make a note on his river donking hand.

Personally, I'm raising here. JQ and a higher set only hands that have you beat. He's probably not checking this turn card with a set due to the draw threat. 2 pr will call a small raise here. You are missing out on some value.

Make a smallish raise to like $11-12 or so. This guy probably doesn't have better than Kx most of the time, but your line looks weak as well and based on his stats he could easily be a station, so you might get looked up.

call, I think he was going for a c/r on the turn with whatever hand he had. Question is, does he have a hand that beats your set?
