AZ is the most underrated and I will ensure he gets his props (as the blacks say) starting from 2+2 then the world.

AZ is definitely the most underrated Emcee of all time. His work is definitely more consistent than Nas,

I love Nas but he's completely hit-or-miss. If he wasn't so convinced that he was still in the hood after years of being a millionaire then he might be up there. At least AZ is real. On the same note, Kingdom Come is super underrated becuase Jay-Z is finally honest and rapping about what he really is. It' real and a great album.

The only other ones close on your list are KRS-1 and Rakim who I admit are awesome but AZ is just ridiculous.

There is no other rapper who I am in awe of every time I hear him. AZ is like the Cornell or Vedder of rap but he's underrated.

P.S. I really love Nas and he's #2 on my list but his songs are either great ar awful. AZ is consistently awesome.

P.P.S. This is just a small debate between me and you. I'm always glad to see someone who has good taste in hip-hop instread of Nelly [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].
