Dont be a nit and fold. Shove or call and play a flop. He sounds really aggressive and you might be able to put him in a spot where he gives up a lot of chips on the flop. For the love of god dont fold.

Villian has been active + villian is on the button + bubble + we have half the chips of everyone else + 400 in the pot (25% of our stack) + JJ = EASY SHOVE

Call me a nit but I like a call better here, I hate the stop and go and from time to time ill push. We still have 20x bb.
