Down 1500 at limits of .25/50 adn .5/1. I can't believe this. I don't know how to handle it. Thanks.

If you're talking abuot $50 and $1 NL, standard
If you're talking about $.25/.50 and $.50/1 FL, then you're just plain godawful. You shouldn't lose that much in one day even if you capped every hand till the river
