So I've been seeing this girl here. We've gone out about 6 times and we've had sex about that many times as well.

Things have been getting increasingly kinky. First (hard) spankings, then hard hair pulling but the other night she told me she wants to be choked...and hard too.

the only reason I'm posting this is because I do not plan to see this girl very long and could I possibly be being set up here for a rape or sexual assault charge??? I know I'm a little paranoid but that would suck and girls are pretty vindictive, especially when they find out you aren't looking for anything serious or longterm.

If this isn't new in your sexual repetoire with her (things have obviously been escalating) I would doubt she's trying to set you up. I also don't know if she could have a case if you have had sex more than a few times. But if it make you that nervous, just don't do it and dump her as soon as possible.

Uhhhh..wow you are paranoid. LOL. Some chicks like it rough and choking turns alot of people on. Just use good judgement on what is excessive and if she wants you to exceed those boundries, say no. Other than that keep screwing her, she sounds like fun.

Sounds like it's just her thing -- you'd have a very plausible defense if she ever did something batpoop crazy like claim rape or sexual assault.

Well the fact that you made this post would give you evidence that you didn't intend to rape her, OR it could be a super sly setup for when you get caught.

I just don't know who to believe anymore. Whos to say you haven't already raped her? Seriously though you're probably just being paranoid, but you should videotape you guys having sex just to make sure. Basically what I'm trying to say is I have nothing good to add and I'm only interested in making some jokes about this situation.

If she's already into rough sex then I doubt she's setting you up. An ex g/f of mine had a profile on a dating site where her handle was "breathlessgirl". She loved being choked during sex. (She also loved other women, group sex, and all kinds of other fun stuff.)
Go for it. Just be careful and don't choke her too hard for too long.
