AQs 3-bet pot donked into on turn

Had villain at 22/15/2.3 and up heaps of $ over 500 hands, yet he still seemed to do fishy things like open limp and cold call 3-bets OOP. Is turn/river standard here against this type of villain, or can we find a fold? Donking the turn seems like an immense show of strength, but I can't put him on a 4 and it seems like a player with these stats would 4-bet AK (I was 3-betting a 45/11 fish).

Yeah. Against a typical opponent like this I am generally treating top pair like the nuts in a 3-bet pot but I'm trying to find the right exceptions to this. Getting donked big on the turn when it looks like he doesn't want me to check behind is perhaps one of those times. I called river quickly, as I made up my mind on turn that I was committed to the hand - hard to imagine folding river at that point.

Why aren't we AI on the turn? Folding to a river club??

"check/call flop, bet turn" is a really strong and obvious line imo.

its impossible to fold the hand once it gets to the river, its only 300 into a 600 pot. the only place where could fold this is the turn, but its very hard when you 3bet preflop.

I agree with everyone w/ a turn fold. THeres not much we are beating that he is cold calling pre here and then donking this turn like this.
