I don't think i can call river after how villain played the hand. we have to let this go...

I think you needed to stick in a raise on the turn to see how good that K was...As played I think I lay it down, although the min bet may have been a retarded feeler to see if a K would raise and he could have an AQ and now b betting for value though I don't think this happens often so fold and save the chips.

Call you are getting really good odds. He could be vbetting worse and enough draws missed.

Re: 27T: Call river w/ TPTK?

Preflop I check behind or raise more than 4x. The SB is the second limper as far as I'm concerned, and my blind is already in the pot so I raise 3x + 1 per limper +1 because I'm not adding my blind to my raise and you don't get to play me in position for that cheap. So 180 here.

What is UTG raising on the flop that's min-betting the turn?

AQ doesn't seem that likely with the open limp, even in EP. KQ/QT or a set would(should) bet harder on the turn after you called the flop raise and with two flush draws on the board - they won't expect you to turn up with AT after a raise from the blinds and they won't want to be giving an A the odds to hit a gutshot, let alone a better draw.

J9 or KJ - minraising the draw on the flop? QJ seems more likely. Badly played AA/KK?

Bleh. Fold and hope he decides to show his cards so you can get a read on his weirdness. I'd probably call if it left me a few more chips behind.

feels like a busted spade draw bluff, how strong can he think you are after you call his minreraise on the flop and just check/call that bet on the turn? (from his perspective)

but I would need a real good read to make a call like this

Am I the only one who folds after the raise on the flop? As the rest of the action in the hand shows, I'm really only comfortable if I hit a Jack.

I agree with raising more PF. Makes it easier to get heads up, makes the hand easier to play, and creates more value for a hand that's very likely good.

^^or preferably gets everyone to fold - I don't want to play this OOP. I'm more likely to check behind preflop than I am to raise - but IF I raise I raise more.

Raise more preflop ?

Why bet the flop ? Why call the raise ? (this are serious question)

It seems to me that we want to see a turn card but as cheaply as possible.

As played I call river but would not be surprised to see KQ or something like that.
