meh, he's already winning by annoying people and getting away with this for so long.
I'm more bothered by Stars' inaction on this then anything else I guess.

If somebody rail-birds from table to table cussing out as many people as they can then Stars will do something about it. But when somebody hogs a seat continually with the sole purpose of disrupting the game and/or drawing attention to himself then Stars does nothing about it.
Somebody who cusses while railbirding is actually interfering with play LESS than what Grim is doing.
