A mid/fullstack 3bets me strong (had some notes and reads on him), I tought he wouldnt play so with hands QQ+. So I put him on AK and shove pre. Is it ok?

eh it's ok. I'd prefer calling and shoving a safe flop because he'll c-bet everything on the flop and so you are guaranteed to make that much if you have him crushed whereas if he calls your shove preflop I feel like you are behind a lot
