Notes disappearing at Party Poker?
 

Hi

I just noticed, that notes for players I know 100% sure without doubt I have written just a few days ago, are gone today.

The notes.txt is not empty, there are still players with notes.

Has anybody experienced anything like this before?

I know the software (Party) was upgraded earlier today, I don't know if that is relevant. I run vista with all the security nagging disabled, and have administrator privileges.

Yep, my notes disappear about 40% of the time too. I originally thought it was todo with the "crashing-on-close" bug, but now that's been fixed...

Luckily my hand-written notes only consist of "REG", as all I use them for is identifying the multi-tabling regulars and it's no huge loss to lose them.

I'm running WinXP, so it's not Vista-specific.

Weird problem. Maybe it has to do with volume?

Yep same problem here. Party support denies problem.

Well, at least I know it's not just me going crazy.

Party support is retarded.

Ask about not bothering holy cows, curry-dishes or having relations with goats - they might know.

Other that that, they are completely clueless.
