100 NL - TP2K on monotone board

No reads on villain. PF, i usually 3bet this, plus i felt he was raising light IP and to isolate limpers.

I'm looking for comments on the flop and action for the turn.

This is a real tough spot.
Flop is fine. I might even bet a little bit less so I can make a stronget turn bet on a non-spade. As is, Im probably going to put it in there to charge for the draw.
If you check, its a guarantee bet on his part....

probably a c/f.

Without reads, im not sure I 3bet this preflop. I think this is a reasonable spot to check the flop, but i definitely wouldn't do it every time.

idk though, you don't have much money left. Pretty sick spot.

Yeah just shove the turn.

If it was the other way around, i'm the button and an unknown SB 3bets me, I tend to fold in this spot. That's what made me raise. i figured i could take it down here. However, i can see how there is no straight forward play here.

Same with the flop. I can see arguments for checking and betting. This time i chose to bet.

I was also trying to think what i would have done had villain pushed flop. I think my flop plan was to b/f but i don't know if i would have stuck to it. i may have found a way to talk myself into a call.

As the hand turned out, i shoved the turn and he called. River was a blank and he had T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and i raked in the pot.

i could help but feel i got lucky in that one which made me question if i made any obvious mistakes.

Thanks for the replies.
