WSOP $1500 NL Hand with 45 left vs. Erica Schoenberg

This hand happened a month ago in the $1500 NL Event (rizen, sirio11, bond and gp2005 all made it really deep). The "villain" in this hand is Erica Schoenberg, who just got moved to the table <15 hands ago. She raised 1 time and took it down pf. We have no history, but I made flirty conversation (I can't help it...) about us both being from Ohio. She probably knows I'm competent because I seem like a typical internet player, whatever that means.

With bb8000, I raised to 24,000 with 110,000 behind. After I raised she (button) asked how much I had (she covered at around 250,000 and I told her). Preflop I put her range on 33-99, KK+. That is probably conservative but I don't see how she could be so bad to cold call with hands like ATs/KTs/JTs. The flop was 875 rainbow. I checked and she checked. She said "check" in a crystal clear word (as opposed to seeming sad or disinterested) which was the first time she'd said that even though she had checked 2 or 3 times in previous hands.

The turn was a J, making it 875J. I checked and she bet 55k, half my stack. I didn't really know what to do here, just because I thought I was so far behind her range here. What are your thoughts on this hand?

Yeah, TT is the only thing that makes sense but I don't like the flop check.

There's no point in going for pot control with such a ridiculously small stack, and 44/66/99 are all getting it in. And if you are so sure that pot control would be the best line if you were deeper, then you should fold on this J turn.

I expect that your range for her is off because whenever you think someone should have a range of abc because they seem competent, they're never really that good and actually have abcxy. Meaning your equity on the flop is higher than you seem to expect it is.

Yeah. Knowing your position also seems important in terms of putting villain on a range.

I had QJs and was CO+1. Not sure how I forgot to include that...

ummm... what's the question then?

are you asking if leading turn is better than c/shove?

please dont tell me if you're asking whether or not this is a fold.

I would go allin. All of those big pair hands are out of her range once she checks behind a flop of 875. Who knows what she has, people do weird things in position. You are basically saying that you have AK, AQ or whatever to check this board twice. Basically no one in universe checks any real hand there twice with these stack sizes, so when she bets, she should expect to win a huge percentage of the time against your range.

Also why is she betting 55k with a set, but she decided to slowplay flop? None of it makes sense, I sure as hell am not folding.

1.) Shove chips in
2.) Get shown a pair w/ double gut shot
3.) .....
4.) Walk of shame when she hits
