There is also a blood red vodka called Vampyre that is decent and pretty cheap from what I remember.

I think they make it a bit wrong. I gently layer the Baileys and Peach Schnapps and then drop in the Grenadine in the centre which pulls the Baileys down and creates more of a brain shape. I guess the method in the video is quicker and easier but the result isn't as good.

Another shooter you might want to look up is the Squashed Smurf or Squashed Frog

Brain Hemorrhage: This classic bar shot comes into its own at Halloween. It's a glorious blend of grenadine, Peach Schnapps, and Bailey's Irish Crème. If you make it right, the Bailey's floats in a thick layer on top, with a curdling column descending through the Schnapps to the bloody grenadine below. It looks so cool, it's almost a shame to drink it. Almost. (this was featured on MSN today)
