my wrist hurts

from playing poker every day for at least a few hours. I have a comfortable office chair and nice mouse pad but still my wrist hurts after playing. not to the point where its painful, but really annoying. is there anything that I can order online or buy at the store that could possibly help me?

i bought one of those foam mouse pad thingies. i was skeptical at first, but my wrist has not hurt since (and i'm on the computer alot). i guess it's all about keep your wrist straight, rather than bent (i think)

After I switched to a track ball style mouse I've noticed my hand/wrist doesn't hurt as much as it did using a regular mouse. You might want to try one of those.
