I donk flops like this... typically donk/3B with a variety of holdings.

Re: An appropiate donk?

I would lean towards betting the flop in 4 handed pots, assuming no reads. If the pot was 3 handed I would lean towards check/raising or even check/calling against players who are dumb enough to fire the turn with a lesser hand. The reason why I like check/raising more in 3 handed pots is cuz the last guy to act always bets when checked to, like its their freakin job or something. However this phenomenon is less present in 4 handed pots. Now the last guy is not as brave facing 3 opponents, so more flops do get checked around in this situation.

Seems like there's a good chance you have the best hand here, but it's vulnerable, so I would bet it. Sure I'm not ecstatic about my hand, and I'm willing to let it go, if I face to much resistance.

BTW, doesn't donking refer to betting into the aggressor on a previous street?

Easy bet,and anyone who has seen me playing for a while will fold many times even if they have the odds to call because I will donk a 9 or a 4 here.
