I have almost nothing He almost certainly has nothing Loose peel much?

Villain is 55/40 130 hands. He's been raising a decent amount the first few hands, but no reads.

10/20

Villain raises in the CO. Hero calls Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks. Villain bets. Hero...?

Folds.

1)The two hearts on the board means therse a substantial # of redraws when you spike a pair, really hurting your implied odds.

2) 55/40s often showdown super light, two barrel a lot and 3-bet bluff much more than than most, so dont expect much fold equity if you turn a backdoor draw.

The key in this situation is to have a hand that spiking a pair would likely make your hand good.
Q8o, K7o are much better than this hand, even though you have good backdoor draws here.

If the board was a little dryer, the backdoor draws gain a lot of value, because your turn check raise fold equity would drastically increase.

EG if the board was A63 rainbow with one spade, id peel it with Q4s (or c/r depending on postflop agro tendencies) against this opponent.

Id rather have Q4s than Q8o in that spot.. But on this board id much rather have Q8o (pref with a heart).
