in too... i had my account locked last year, no explanation and they only unlocked it after a month and countless emails. i had a thread about it on here... i'm still not sure what the crime was, it wasn't even a lot of money, maybe 2k or so.

P.S. I haven't played on FTP since I saw how they handled the account hacking scandals. They really need to beef up their customer service.

i used to keep a significant portion of my br on ftp for 9-table grinding. now it's just small deposits for mtt's and immediate cash-outs if i have a big score.

i am experiencing paranoia across all sites, but ftp scares me the most, obv because the fear comes from reading stories about ftp.

I have never signed up for an account at FTP mainly due to all the stories you hear/read about. However, all sites should handle issues in this manner at the very minimum. This would be a good first step. Hearing stories about improved support would help the image quite a bit.

There's a lot more ways I think they can improve, but hopefully this will at least get them thinking.

I think I tend to defend FTP more than most, but these "demands" are not at all unreasonable and there's no reason IMO why FTP shouldn't abide by them.

As I've mentioned before, I know I've been super-critical of FT sometimes, especially in the sillysal thread, but I really do pull for them. I think FTPDoug is on the right track by posting his updates and seeking suggestions here.
I think there are a lot of things they seem to do right.
But this whole communication thing really is pretty important and it's time to stop talking ABOUT making improvements in these areas and 'apologizing for the inconvenience' when you screw up and instead actually making these improvements to the system.

At the very least the need to email or call players who's accounts are suspended for whatever reason. Locking up thousands of someones money without letting them know is a disgusting business practice.
