Weren't you one of the people arguing against this type of lax punishment on the grounds that if people realize they can get permabanned and then come back later, then banning won't mean anything?

"Oh I'll just post some inline horse porn and swastikas, get banned, and probably come back in a few weeks. That will be funny."
