$11 20kGTD -Dude, 1010 OOP, double stacked, ugh.

I seriously felt like [censored] making this decision.

No read $11 20k GTD, double stacked. I didn't know how to play the hand on the flop, once I bet I was committed obv, but what do you think?

the line is fine... i might lead more or check raise. preflop i may even raise a little more than you did but your raise is fine.

bad results dont really warrant a post.
what is there to discuss?

I guess my thinking was just make every decision as easy as possible. Raise and hope they fold pre, or have an easy laydown to a 4bet push. Then I just thought on the flop I might not have enough FE to C/R all in so I just did what seemed easy.

I thought a part of his range was JJ and AA, with a large part being 66-99, or a weird AJ/AQ.

I wasn't folding, and I agree 600 would be better pre.

i think your range is pretty bad here and most of it beats you which is kinda mostly lol because youre going to be ahead here more than not.

also putting in 1/2 your stack and folding is weaksauce

also the c/r on the flop wouldnt be for FE
it'd be for value.

I'm just calling preflop here..I understand your reasoning for taking the line that you did but as you said your committed to any flop bet now..

PF is fine and good, on the flop I would have actually bet less I think to maybe make him think he has some FE on a shove (we're obv calling)...or you could raise more PF and then just shove the flop...but I don't like betting half his remaining chips on the flop, that's almost always something good.

Nice! I think both of those are good options that I must think about.

Poker is fun.
