Hero ?

Villain basically won his stack playing very loose and donkish play. He is pretty much a station preflop (Edit: By this, I mean he plays any hand that LOOKS good, which is probably about 40% of the hands. He's not playing ATC).

I'm leaning toward a C/F then a C/C here on the river. Do you like the way I played this entire hand?

I'm not sure if I should've double-barreled this hand, but I didn't want to play for stacks with 2nd pair.

If it were me, and he is loose/donkish. I would definitely double barrel on the turn. You are ahead on a lot of hands he could be holding.

The way you played it. I would probably check/fold the river. The K is a huge scare card.

IMO

all looks standard to me. def cf river. Dont double barrel a donk with the false hope that he'll have the sense to lay down TP WK.

Tough position, from the preflop action I think we can rule out 1010+ so Ax, 22-99 and KQ/KJ/K10 are all in his range. The call on the flop and check behind on the turn suggests he may be looking for a cheap showdown maybe something like 2nd pair or even a straight draw? If he has been loosish I don't think you are taking him off his hand on the river so I am C/F.

disclaimer: new to poker and -BB/100
