10k in one month at the 27s challenge

i have offered a bet taking 1.5:1 that i can make 10k in a 31 days period playing only standard 9 man 27 dollar turbo sit and gos on stars.

the bet will go from this friday, november 23 at 3pm until saturday december 23 at 3pm. The bet will include any sngs started prior to 3pm on dec 23. if at any time prior to 3pm on dec 23 my net passes $10k i will be allowed to sit out the rest of the month and win the bet.

my screenname is mkgringo on stars, and i will be playing by myself the whole time. proof for anyone who logs a bet will be available by aim video chat.

the money will be given to a well known, agreed upon third party escrow prior to 3 pm, november 23.

my progress will be updated every day via the web, including day number, games played, hours played, total profit, etc.

proof of winning the bet will be official email from pokerstars.

i would like to book $4,500 in action on this bet, and have been contacted with regards to about 2,500 in interest.

as far as i can tell from sharkscope, nooone has ever even come close to this before. not even a little bit close.

please let me know asap if you are going to take action on this.

congrats to gravy for his sick month and a brilliant idea for me to copy to stick myself in front of a computer for an entire month (unless i give up sooner)

please dont post in this thread to tell me what spacegravy did already. obviously everyone knows what gravy did. thats not a secret. additionally i'm taking 1.5:1 where he was getting 2:1.

check SS, noone has come anywhere close at this level.

how many tables do you play at once? Assuming a 10% roi you would only have to play around 4000. This sounds doable if youre really good

edit: 10% sounds really high, and if i had to play 5k plus sngs in a month i think i might actually kill myself. enjoy no sleep/social life

im going to be playing 12 at once. its not going to be easy.. i think i shouldve taken 2:1, but there are already bets locked up at 1.5:1.. so it is what it is. also, running at 10% for that many games is almost impossible.

Good luck with this. I suggest taking on as much side action as you can to make it worth your while.

The most interesting part about Spacegravy's bet was that in order to win, he basically had to become nocturnal, so we would only see him for a couple hours per day. That said, it was definitely worth it to him to sacrifice a few weeks.
