Re: $16 - KK 1st hand

You should be doing whatever you do with your entire re-raising range here, so if you're going to re-raise KK to 600, re-raise to 600 w/ AK as well. This doesn't matter as much vs unknowns but regs will pick up on this.

For the particular hand, he 2.5x raise looks a little trappy and I would think that he'd be content to get it in here pf. I would just be shoving to make your hand look weaker than it is. I think it'd be pretty rare that a villain would call 400 more but not a shove so shoving has more value I think.

i think it is about the player, if the reraiser is not a regular i push all in knowing he is going to call with jj qq ak, if he is a reg player and know u are pushing only aa and kk just call. overall at 16$ is nearly always a push i think (sorry for english..)

He was unknown.

I just shove it. weak players are more willing to go broke early on in sngs with marginal hands. If it is a reg then i would prolly shove as well.

Just shove. 600 just gets awkward when he calls and the flop [censored] us over.

I shove it too, I think this actually disguises your hand (opp thinks: OMG he MUST have AK).

I shove. If this was AA, I repop to 600 and let him hang himself, because we can get it in on literally more than 99% of flops and be happy. If it was AK, i always shove because i don't want to have to make a crappy decision here on the flop with half my stack in.

I raised too 600, the flop came Axx, we both checked and he bet about half the pot on turn and I was realy in a sick spot.
Guess it's too risky with Kings.
