Middle aged guy (50's, 60's) just got moved to table. 200/400/25. He raises to 2200 UTG, has 8500 behind. I have 27K, folded around to me with QQ on button. Your action?

he's got something he doesn't want cracked such as JJ or KK or AK . or maybe he's scared of post-flop play in general? or he doesn't know how much to raise (roughly 5x BB + antes).
my best guess is he's a nit who doesn't want his KK sucked on by Ax.

if you re-raise you might as well put him all in b/c you're going to call if you go to 5k or 6k and he pushes. fold is bad. not enough odds to set mine. definite chance of something like JJ. if you push and lose your M is still pretty good - roughly 21.

Reraise. This could be KK, but more likely TT/JJ/AK or slightly weaker hands.

its likely a hand he is not comfortable playing postflop, but still a good hand. doubt its aa/kk, but some people will make a raise like this.

1 random dude, other is Justin Pechie, who's around 30th in the CardPlayer POY rankings. No exaggeration, I think he's called at least 15 of my PF raises in a row. Very loose passive. SB 6K, Justin around 9K I think, I have everyone at the table covered by quite a bit.

I was more thinking of calling and letting one of the blinds push. Doesn't seem likely given the read so as BB is loose passive, we're just raising here I think.
