Big swings in BJ?
 

I found a BJ game with a house edge of -0,05
7 boxes with as maximum of approx 1000dollar, with a massive bankroll a player could destroy this game, correct?

The amount of seats at the table are not a factor in the EV of the game. This game sounds like the typical AC game. You can beat it if you can count.
With an infinite bankroll your best bet would be min bet or wonging until its positive then maxing whenever the odds are even slightly in your favor.
But the fact that you are asking this question in this manner leads me to beleive that you are not a great counter nor have the needed bankroll.
Learn basic strategy.
Learn to count.
Learn basic strategy variations.
Make sure you have a bankroll with enough to survive blackjacks killer variance. (Anybody can count. Blackjack players don't go broke from bad counting but instead bad bankroll management.)
Play blackjack.

If the game has a house edge already, why would you think you could beat it by playing more spots? What would make you think there is any other answer than losing faster? A game with a house edge = not beatable in long run without cheating. (except perfect card counting)

Yes, but you really shouldn't (IMO) be counting while knowingly making errors and still hoping to come out ahead long term.

I've heard it recommended that one should make errors frequently as part of their cover play. Granted the errors you make will always be minimized and designed to hide your advantage play but nonetheless they are errors compared to what is optimal.

They're deviations from what's optimal -- when the player understands both the cost and the gain. That's a tactic, not an error.

If you're not counting cards, your best option is to walk away. If you HAVE to gamble (although I have no idea why you'd have to), bet everything you have on one hand and then walk away as it gives you the best odds of doubling your bankroll.

Otherwise, count cards and play optimally. If you have to, make INEXPENSIVE errors to improve your longevity at the game; if you start making EXPENSIVE errors for cover, you could find yourself eating into your win-rate; your edge in BJ is pretty small.

There are ways to get an edge in BJ even without counting cards.

Play at off peak shifts and try to get a rookie dealer with bad mechanics.

About 7-8 months ago, I was at a Vegas casino (on the South end of the Strip, so not some crappy locals joint) and was pleasantly surprised when the rookie dealer that rotated to my table was inadvertantly flashing her hole card to me asshe dealt it. This happened on every hand. I was in third base and he held the card higher than she should have.

I upped my bets and soon went from beting greens to betting purples.

Things like this happen every day, but you have to be on the lookout for them.
