How do you play this river (top 2 with a 4 straight board)

I only have 9 hands on the villain

$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem
3 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
BTN (<font color="#0000cc">$23.10</font>)
Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$84.00</font>)
BB (<font color="#0000cc">$105.10</font>)

Pre-flop: ($0.75, 3 players) Hero is SB K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#777777">1 fold</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $2</font>, BB calls $1.5

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($4, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $3</font>, BB calls $3

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($10, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $6</font>, BB calls $6

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($22, 2 players)

One plan I have is to make like a $14 or so blocker. The other option seems to be check-call, but I don't know how I feel about calling a nearly pot-sized bet. I guess since it's only $6 either way, it's better to let him bluff but I'm not sure.

PS: My turn bet should be larger.

I'd bet like $12 and fold to a raise

And I'm a calling station, so I usually c/c ... especially if it it a potsized bet. (but then again my reads are off these days)

Are you really sure about that transition to 100nl?

Are you really being a dick on 2p2? You seemed pretty good about having reasoned conversations on here in our little "88 in the SB" thread, but posts like this are so snarky and asinine. Not just from you, generally.

Here's what I want from you in a post like this: Tell me WHY this hand makes you think I'm not ready to move up. (FWIW I'm doing nicely at 50 now, after early jitters, but I need 300 more in my BR anyway). Don't just throw out a little coded insult, or what the hell is the point of posting a hand? It's an advice board. Mockery is way out of line.

Here is an advice: log 50k at 50nl at 5+ ptbb.

Re: How do you play this river (top 2 with a 4 straight board)

So far I've logged 21919 hands at 50K at 4pt/BB, but the early ones were much worse, and the later ones were much better, as I settled into not freaking out about higher stakes, so I don't think it's going to be a problem to do that.

Any advice on the hand, or just more pointless condescension?

PS: I really don't get it. Really. What's the matter, Corsakh?

PPS: I never even said I was moving up in the first place. I took a shot at it with 1500 in my roll, just to get a feel and also because I wanted to condition myself so I wouldn't go on my usual "first 5K hands freakout." I'm waiting till I hit 2K to keep trying up there anyway. I don't "move up." I just try it and one day I see that I can stay there. But this is all totally beside the point.
