I am an affiliate on several sites and I have been asking around and gotten mixed reactions, figured I would throw it out to this community. Is affiliating still legal if you live in the US, and if so is it going to stay legal? Once again many people have given me different answers.

Right now I think it's legal in the us. In the future who knows, just wait and see I guess.

How I see it: About blocking us banks for doing transactions to poker sites and NOT about affiliates. Good thing I'm in Sweden so I don't have to worry about it.
