NLTRN - missed draw, hit TP

So I think I butchered this hand pretty badly.

Villian limped a lot and min bet every flop. He was pretty aggressive overall and loved to bet at weakness though he hadn't done anything goofy like this min 3 bet before. I showed down bottom pair in the last hand where I check raised him, so he could be on a resteal. There aren't a whole lot of hands that 3bet the flop and push the river though (Qx clubs, QT,QJ, air/missed flush draw).

You are down to 1000 and the blinds are 15/30...why make any sort of move with K6 on the flop? You can find a ton of better spots to make a move than this one.
