my 2nd hand at the table so i have no reads.. I like playing sets strong but i think i blew it here.. Comments on flop and turn please?

JewFro checks. drs-in bets $3. G35C raises to $6.

use a converter, remove names, list stack sizes, lead the flop.

Converter? Or at least clean this up a bit.

I probably bet around 3/4....a free card could kill you or the action on the turn so I definitely bet.

Its hard to judge w/o stack sizes but it seems you just got caught in that ugly spot where you have top set but your facing a bet and a raise so no matter what you do it will appear very strong. In these situations I prefer fastplaying it as you did especially w/ 2 flush draws and a straight draw on the board in a minraised pot.
