BEAT: this weekend I've been really sick, 103 fever, havent been able to keep any food down. It's been pretty terrible.
anyways, I haven't really been eating any solid food and I've been puking every 2 or 3 hours (sometimes more frequently) so most of it is just stomach acid which is pretty painful.

This is easy - just nibble on saltines or toast or something, and try to drink Sprite or ginger ale (or Gatorade.)

okay, I forgot to include a key piece of information that without this seems like a super easy answer.

If I eat almost anything I will throw up more often because my stomach is so so weak right now

this makes it obviously between #1 and #2 I believe.
