[NL100] BvB, top 2 vs pot river

Villain looks fishy (31/9/0.87) (45 hands).
He called very fast the continuation bet, then the turn bet, and now he is potting the river. Against this guy, is it a easy fold or a missed FD ?

*grunch* Over 45 hands I feel like we can't necessarily read too much into the stats - they're within the deviation we might see from a 23/15 or a 40/6, and those are two different animals.

In any case, his range here is so wide I think I call. Most sets and AQ/AJ would've raised preflop and T8 is a stretch (KT/T8 spades might have got there backdoor). Depending on his fishiness level, A6/96/Q9/J9 may all be in his range (your image is important to determine how likely this is) as are missed flush and straight draws.

Even though its only 45 hands this guy looks like a fish to me, I'd say his most likely hand is Q9 or some other worse two-pair, which he thinks is the nuts. I doubt he has missed spades but I'd say his range is big enough that its not too tough a call, you'll lose sometimes but o well.

Shove on a pot river from an passiv opponent ? I haven't looked at this option, lol.

For me it's call or fold, I put him on a flush draw (maybe KTs/T8s) or funny two pairs (but less probably, these fishes bet like 15 or 20$ with double pair like Q9 or Q6, not the pot...).
Looks like a total bluff or a strong hand...
