Beat: Boss just announced that he is leaving the Companny. He is without a doubt the best and easiest boss I have ever had to work for and no matter who replaces him his departure is -EV for me.
Brag: Him leaving increases my job security, but was not required so it's not really a good brag
Variance: His parking space is much better than mine....hmmm....
