Who processes the Ongame cashouts? (Tower problems)
 

How does this Ongame Network & Tower process their cash outs? I'm getting very frustrated and stressed with delayed cash outs. I have two Neteller cash outs that have been processed by Tower according to their website. However they have not hit my Neteller account.

I email their support (no phone number given!), and they reply once per 24 hours. First they simply say that it might take 3 business days from Neteller to process the cash out.. Right.. If they pay me, I can't see how it is up to Neteller to process the cashout (manually) at all. But I wait.

Next email,I ask them to track the payment. They come up with some info, including a transaction ID, and I contact Neteller. Of course the ID is Tower's internal one, but I need the NETELLER transaction code.. I'm sure any support person should realize this in the first place if he tells me to contact Neteller.

Third email, they say they forwward the issue to the payment department. WTF! After 3 days of emails they actually turn to payment department?? Another 24 hours probably. Waiting..

Beware of this site Tower (or the network). It's not the cash out itself, but the dubious customer support. I'm pretty sure this delay isn't Netller's fault, but that was the first thing they tried to imply.

Is the skin processing these cashouts or the Ongame network? I must find someone to contact directly. This is half of my roll and I'm stressed.

I just checked my transactions from Tower to Neteller -no problems. I hope they sort it out for you.

I am also having lots of problems with Tower.

I would recommend to withdraw your cash ASAP.

An hour ago someone complained in the lobby that he hadn't received his cash... Severe problems?

Oh man, would be so much easier and better for the business to not offer continuous 7x bonuses if you cannot afford it than to not pay people any more.

(Just early speculation)

I got a check from the a couple of days ago. It says "if undeliverable please return to Customer Service Department -- OnG [Canadian address]." OnG = OnGame?

Any update on the cashout status kylma?

I´m also waiting a cashout from them to neteller that was recorded in their transactions log on 7th of this month.

They have always paid me fast and never had a problem.

Also cleared a $500 bonus a few hours ago and it didn´t get released. The points keep counting but no $$$ on acount so far.

After a few emails and more than a week of wondering what or who is the reason for the delay, I did get paid. I'm gonna continue playing there, but another mess like this, and it's just the final cash out and some other skin.

FWIW - I used to receive my Neteller cashouts in 2 days and my bonuses used to be credited immediately - I have now been waiting 1 week for a $5k cashout (Tower still havent actually processed it) and had to wait 24hrs to receive my last bonus.
