Villain is MrTeddyKGB. I have him at 19/12/1.6 over a decent sample. Seems pretty weak-tight/terrible for the most part. I'm running like 31/26, but for the most part nobody is playing back yet.

I normally just lead flop, but he stabs a decent amount in limped pots. He's also calling me down lighter than he's raising on this board IMO. River isn't exactly great.

I like a flop lead. As played, this looks ok although I doubt I'd ever do it.

Not very often, no. I guess it's possible...though he probably peels flop and folds to my turn bet. I guess A4ss is also possible, but I'm not sure if he even calls flop. Those are really the only 2 cases where I think he can show up w/ 4x, and I'd say it's a little bit of a stretch.
