I know RU is losing some good players and an amazing player in Ray Rice. But is it wrong for me to be really excited about this team next year with Underwood and Britt getting thrown passes to by an improving Teel? I think another spring and summer camps for Teel and he could have a tremendous senior year(RS).

I think this rule is a conference decision, and not all conferences have implemented it. The SEC uses this for sure. Not sure about the Big East.

Lots of rumors about him getting fired/resigning last week, but they seem to have died down. He has said he isn't going anywhere.
