Berkshire Hathaway why dont more people buy into it?

Hi, I'm an investing n00b, i really know nothing about anything in this field. I've been doing as much reading as possible and it seems like bershire hathaway has produced something like 25% annual gains on average in the last 25 years... why dont more people buy into this? Do people not sell very often?

I realize the class A shares are like 120K per share but what about the class B shares that are about 1/30 the price (~4K)?

Recently preformance hasnt been much greater then the S&P 500 as a whole. Its harder to make 25% on 100 billion then it is on less amounts of money.

I think in the recent past it has beat the S&P by a few % annualized. so it might still be good.

some people say there is to much unknown about what happens when buffet leaves.

still is I think. And yeah, its much harder to turn 100 billion into 500 billion than 20 into 100.
