Top trips + Nut flush draw (live 2/5)

Shorthanded early morning live $2/5 game. Villains have been playing all night; I just woke up. Effective stacks are ~ $800.

Preflop:

UTG limps, CO raises to $25, 2 folds, Hero calls with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in BB, UTG calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot:$76)
Hero bets $40, UTG calls, CO calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot:$196)
Hero checks, SB bets $100, CO raises to $250, Hero...

I'm pretty sure they both think they're betting for value here. Calling a pfr w/KQo OOP is not usually on my list of things to do in the morning, but UTG was terrible and CO was straightforward and didn't seem to adjust well to shorthanded play.

AQ and AA are both real possibilities here for the CO. I don't like a push because no better hand is folding and no worse hand is calling, especially since CO is straightforward. If you call this, you are playing out of position against a player who will probably push the river. I think you are drawing dead to the CO, not to mention the possibility of UTG donk having a hand. I'd lay this hand down.
