I took care of it. There aren't any other restrictions on moderating him right now, btw. He still has to follow whatever you guys decide, so anyone could have addressed the avatar.

Yeah, the reason why I didn't do anything is that I wasn't sure what would be effective. I figured someone who has a rapport with him will get better results than just some mod.
