TPTK vs heat on turn

This is one of those spots that happen sometimes that i really hate. villain is a TAG playing at 16/12/2.3.

Just wondering what everyone does in spots like this. It is such a dry board and from my experience this is a very strong line villain is taking. Do you let it go or just shove? (sorry if this is an easy question)

I would fold this turn because he's not vauebetting worse and it is veryunlikely a tag bluffs here.
I actually would prefer a check/call on the turn for pot control and decption. This makes the had a little harder to play since oop but i think it's more +EV

Without any history btwn you two I think the turn is a fold.

A)I cant a random give a 16/12 credit for floating the flop and bluff rasing the turn

B)This is a super dry board

C) I really doubt he is value raising KQ/KJ here
