Anyone know of a good program to do screenshare on FTP?

Have someone who isn't physically with me be able to look at my screen for coaching. So they can get the same PT stats that I have etc. Instead of relaying it vocally over the phone etc. Or if there are timing tells and so on.

I've heard some programs look better for certain sites instead of others. No clue personally thats why I'm looking for advice.
