Seems pretty gutsy, but with the context you described it seems pretty solid.

lol this opponent plays so weird, I've seen him play really solid some days, and on others it's like hes on constant monkey tilt, looks like u caught him on a good day!

I like how you played it, and when he's on tilt I have seen him shoving any ace preflop over 3/4/5bets so I think you're probably good.
