If you played with him for months, you'd probably know if he's really bad. Since he's got to be half decent aren't you going to put villain's 4-bet calling range on JJ+?

if our plan is to check behind turn and river and fold to aggression then we are basically giving the pot to him regardless of our cards

ok ill phrase this another way. if vils range is exactly 99-JJ, it is better to bluff the flop if we intend to fold to any aggression later in the hand, does everyone agree?
