I have no idea how to play from 4th on cause I never would have gotten there. Why on earth are you calling 3rd?

Fold third. Your kicker is not live, and there's an ace out, active in the hand.

Nines are the worst possible brick pair to begin with; and I personally ditch any unimproved brick pair whenever a low-looking opponent catches an ace. Maybe that's too tight, but I'm making money playing brick pairs the way I play them.
