My brother is a 27 year old who needs direction in his life, smokes weed, and doesn't like paying taxes.

wtf, isn't the weed and taxes issue enough? just put on a version of "[censored] the police" and casually drop that RP will cut police forces in half.

RP wants to abolish the IRS and decriminalize all drugs at the federal level. How exactly are you having trouble convincing him? This should be easy.
