cliffnotes: dry cleaners loses my pants, i am pissed but work for small claims court would probably be more trouble than its worth.

can i make flyers describing my story about how they lost my pants and management was completely reluctant to discuss anything, and how everyone should boycott them? and distribute the flyers throughout my apartment complex? any legal ramification against doing that?

i'll be careful to not commit libel. only facts.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally simple.


Go to Borders, or Barnes and Noble, or any place that sells magazines.

Walk around the magazine section and pick up a bunch of those subscription cards.

Go home, fill them out, like 3 dozen of them, with the businesses name and address, (be sure to mark, "START MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW, BILL ME LATER")

Sit back and watch as the mailman gets a ton of work and the owner spends a ton of time canceling the orders, it will literally take him hours to do over the next couple months.

first, ask OOT advice on how to take them to court. Then ask BBV for a crazy plan on how to get even when that ends up seeming like too much work. The realize you're going to do neither and buy a new pair of pants and play x-box or something.

sign them up for the national gay pilot's association. It was free from their website when I did this a few years ago to a real pain from work.
