Is my line ok? Did I make a crying call on the river? I kinda felt as though villian was only betting river because I checked the turn.

this is fine, though I would be open raising to begin with. Villain shouldn't have a Q in his hand. I might bet a bit more on the turn too.

bet a bit more on turn if you are betting, limping or raising is fine pf.

I bet 250 on the turn and value bet the river (is it bad ?).

villain really shouldn't show up w/ a Q in his hand so I think vbetting is ok too.

I pretty much play it the same way you did. I bet a little more on the turn, and i don't mind c/c ing the river because it might induce missed diamond or straight draws to take cheap potshots at us, or maybe even 9x or 7x. I actually think i like c/cing the river more for anything under 500ish.
