My German isn't perfect, but I also don't think that the German of the guy who wrote that is perfect, either. Here's the gist. I've smoothed over some of the grammatical errors made by the gimmick but deliberately left his second, gigantic, run-on sentence.

He is clearly not German. Its almost certainly translated by google or some other engine.

I dunno. It's almost too garbled even for Google Translate. He must have done something like putting butchered English through the translator.
