Older asian who's wandered into our game from the Baccarat table checks, Bad player checks, tightest guy in the game bets, both call.

River (3 players) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Asian bets, Bad player folds, rock raises, asian raises, rock caps, asian calls.

Rock tables A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Table is stunned thinking it was going to be an obvious chop. WTF did the other guy have?

Asian guy pauses a few seconds, stands up excitedly tabling 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. He starts to smile and begins to jump up and down thinking he just won the $16k bad beat jackpot. Somebody tells the guy that the bad beat jackpot is only at the 5/10 tables. Asian guy leaves the table and goes on life tilt.

Brag-When the Asian guy first sat down to my right I began joking with him and he gave me one of his comp slips for the noodle bar.

Variance-I don't know what type of meat I had with the noodles, but it wasn't very good.

i've only been to two casinos and havent encountered something like this. is this standard?

The higher tables probably dont have a jackpot drop.
