I believe the reason I got it was because I have not played there in over a month. I player there a lot prior to that and had VIP status. I abruptly quit when they changed the bonus structure.

Me too, it does not sound like this is much different then a reload with an unrestricted few dollars tied to it. I assume the terms for this bonus are the same as the standard bonus?
