$114: HU against good reg

Villain is Scossett. Is it possible he's making a play here, or can I just dump it?

It looks like a play to me. I would imagine he'd raise any PP and any ace and it's doubtful he limps w/ any hands that make 2pair on the turn. I think you're still ahead here and he's on air.

I would lead flop.

Looks like he might have some kind of 5 or random spades? I dont know the button limp is weird from someone that is good.

Good is subjective

I doubt he's bluffing here

I agree with vers. You're not calling the turn raise just to try to improve, are you? I'm inclined to reshove the turn actually, but check-calling the river might be better since it gives him a chance to bluff.

I think this is a bluff a reasonable % of the time.

I’d lead flop. As played I’d fold turn. IMO he plays very straight forward. Also, he doesn’t push nearly as wide as he should. He could easily have an ace here that he’s slow playing or didn’t push because he was above the “10BB rule.” Do I get to know what he had?

Don't know enough about scosett but his line looks really fos.
I doubt he is good enough to vbet a 9 on the river and he bets most straight draws on the flop so he is either has a junky two pair (which he often folds pre) or you are good. The one thing that makes it closish is most people would just shove as a bluff.
