It would appear you are being invited to a little town named value. He could have AK or something of course but I think he shows you a hand here too much.

against Bill Ivey, you can't possibly be good here, I'd call vs. some certain other players, but never Ivey in this spot

Re: River decision vs. Bill Ivey in $100r

he can be value betting really really wide here despite the board. This is an easy fold imo

you should check raise him foh sho. looks like he's making a thin v-bet and he isn't calling.

Would you check a 10 on the river though?

Bill is repping exactly one better hand

edit: oops didn't see flush got there.

Preflop I call here virtually every time, but what are peoples thoughts on folding preflop?

As played, I fold river

Folding pf is perfectly reasonable OOP.

I think folding pf is a-ok here.

agree with fold river too.

this would be terrible as bill ivey is never folding JJ+ here because he knows randal never calls w/ a hand that has a ten in it preflop (unless its 2 tens).

This looks good Randal, i think i fold the river now.

I don't hate folding pre or anything, but i normally call.

Re: River decision vs. Bill Ivey in $100r

With Ivey checking turn, anyone consider making a 2/3 pot bet on the river? If he doesn't have QQ or flush then the pressure is on Ivey to make the decision. If he comes over the top it is an easy fold.
